Our principles

At Roseberry Ink we have a set of operating and ethical principles that we adhere to. They are:

Transparency – we let you know upfront that we are using a Generative AI as part of our content creation – specifications are below. We are happy to show you demonstration of how we use ‘Ask Roseberry’.
Privacy – we have baked in privacy from the get-go. We currently use Azure OpenAI as our Large Language Model. Check out the privacy statement here.
Human in the loop – Highly skilled and experienced content creators are across every part of the process:
- We interview you via Zoom.
- We work with you to select the documents to feed into ‘Ask Roseberry’, along with the Zoom interview transcript.
- We use the content ‘Ask Roseberry’ produces as a starting point to create timely, engaging and relevant content.
Removal of data – On completion of each content package, we delete all data used in the creation of this content from ‘Ask Roseberry’ and Roseberry Ink systems, after 10 working days (NZT), unless you specifically tell us not to.
