How we work
Five steps to creating communication plans
Together we can create communications plans that express your unique proposition via fresh and valuable content delivered in multiple formats, such as blogs, articles, video scripts, presentations and whitepapers.

Workshop
In a one-hour session I find out who your customers are, how you serve them, where you reach them, and the language that best describes your offering.

Plan created
Following the workshop I create a communications plan, which will include the strategy, a Key Message House (with key words and phrases), and a content plan.

Interview
A plan needs action, so when you are ready to create content, I will interview one or two members of your team online for one hour. You may also like to include a customer on the call.

Content writing
I draft the appropriate content, as outlined in the comms plan. It will be based on the interview and other material you provide, in confidence.

Feedback
I review and provide feedback to us. I accept, and act on, up to two rounds of changes.

- You will be invoiced upon completion, with payment expected within 7 working days.

No, I don't use AI as a general rule. Mostly because I think it produces dull and mediocre content. But happy to have that discussion with the client.
No. I reserve the right to provide Inkdotdash services to a variety of businesses and so can't be bound by restraint of trade agreements.
I am based in New Zealand, but can provide services globally. This may be an advantage if you live in a time zone that means when you sleep, I work.
