  • You can provide one round of feedback, which will be delivered to you within two working days.

  • A one-hour interview with you, a colleague and/or customer.
  • Three tailored blog posts for your website or LinkedIn profile. Word count between 300 - 500 words each.
  • The written content for a whitepaper (2000 – 2500 words) that visitors to your website can download (preferably after giving you their details).
  • Three blogs, and content for whitepaper content written on a Word document and delivered to you via email within five working days of the interview.
  • You can provide one round of feedback, which amended copy delivered to you via email within two working days.

 

$795 + gst

  • A one-hour interview with you and/or a colleague or customer.
  • Three tailored blog posts for your website or LinkedIn profile. Word count between 300 - 500 words each.
  • The written content for a whitepaper (2000 – 2500 words) that visitors to your website can download (preferably after giving you their details).
  • The script, with slide suggestions, for a 20–30-minute presentation suitable for multiple audiences – customers, stakeholders, partners and staff.
  • Three blogs, one short video script, whitepaper content, and a 20–30-minute presentation script written on a Word document and delivered to you via email within five working days of the interview.
  • You can provide one round of feedback, which amended copy delivered to you via email within two working days.

We have baked in privacy from the get-go. We currently use Azure OpenAI as our Large Language Model. Check out their privacy statement here.

Our chatbot, ‘Ask Dot is created by us and finetuned to specifically meet the needs of our clients. Design specifications are:

  • Python 3.11program
  • PyCham IDE
  • Azure OpenAI ChatGPT 3.5-turbo

Any further changes required to be undertaken following the set of changes based on your feedback to the first draft, will be undertaken and the time to complete them charged at the rate of $75 +GST per hour.

Absolutely. If that is what you require, we are happy to do so. Please note that we treat our client’s information with the utmost confidentiality and take all reasonable steps with regards to privacy and security.

No. Unless you advise otherwise, we dispose of all client’s information – interview transcript and recording, any additional information that’s been provided to us for the purpose of writing the content package – 10 working days after the final content package has been completed. We do retain client’s contact details and may contact you in the future with news and views from the Inkdotdash team, unless you specifically request us not to.

Yes, we understand the importance of deadlines. While project timelines vary, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests and deliver quality results on time.

No. We reserve the right to provide Inkdotdash services to a variety of businesses and so can't be bound by restraint of trade agreements.

  • Before commencing work, we require 50% upfront, the remainder will be invoiced upon completion, with payment expected within 7 working days.
  • ‘Completion’ is considered to be when the email with the set of revisions to the content is sent.
  • All pricing is in New Zealand dollars.

We are based in New Zealand, but provide our services globally. This may be an advantage if you live in a time zone that means when you sleep, we work.
